We also ask that you please include your name, address, purchased items and total cost of purchase, list any items that are missing or broken, if broken please supply clear pictures of the broken items that show the items damage. Emails are typically returned within 24-48 hours as we strive to meet high customer satisfaction. We will do our best to track your package and update you as quickly as possible. We do not accept returns on perishable items, those are final sale. If you are not satisfied with equipment purchased from us you may return it as long as it is still unused up to 30 days after purchase, unless a listed item specifically states it is a final sale for which no refunds will be granted. We do not pay for return labels; you are responsible for the return shipping costs and will not be reimbursed for it. You will however be given a refund for the amount paid for the equipment once we have received it, and verified it is still in working order. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. After processing, orders typically ship between 1-3 business days. TMU does not charge for shipping on orders within theUS, all shipments are sent through TMU's preferred carrier, USPS. As of 1/18/2022 TMU will ship orders six days a week, unless there are extenuating circumstances, if a situation should arise TMU shall message you via the contact details you provided when the order was placed. Emails may be sent by third party label brokers on TMU's behalf containing a confirmation of shipping details and tracking numbers. Orders may be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control, this may include but is not limited to national emergencies, national disasters, bad weather, state or government shutdowns, and COVID-19 restrictions. If something of this nature occurs, please know we are doing our best to serve you and will not offer refunds or discounts. Customers need order at their own risk.
