Themushieunderground intends to facilitate education around the fungi kingdom, as reflected in our diverse offerings. We do not condone, entertain, or allow for illegal or any form of misuse of our products, goods, and/or offerings whether it is intentional or unintentional. We offer items that are commonly found within and around the mycology and microscopy hobbies.
Microscopy and Mycology have long intersected due to the microscopic nature of research samples within the fungi kingdom. We aim only to provide items in which customers can use in a lawful and educational manor. We do not condone, entertain, or allow for illegal or unintended use or abuse of our products or educational materials.
Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered, TMU may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

Al those who visit TMU's website, make a purchase from TMU, or use any of TMU's many products or services agree they are age 18 or older. If you are not at minimum age 18 TMU does not authorize you to view or use their website nor are you authorized to purchase TMU's products or services.
From time to time, TMU may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. Spores Explicit Use Statement
Psilocybe Genera spores are intended and sold for microscopy use, collection, novelty, and art purposes. We will not respond to inquiries suggesting cultivation of active spores. Any mention or assumed hint of cultivation after placing an order will result in your order being voided, canceled, or refunded. We do not condone the illegal use or abuse of our products and/or educational materials. All pictures provided by Themushieunderground.net are owned by TMU and are not to be used without our explicit permission. We do not ship Psilocybe Genera Spores to restricted states. If an order is placed to a restricted state it will be canceled without notice. No exceptions. We reserve the right to no longer do business with any customer, at any time, for any reason without notice. Any educational material found or created by TMU is intended only as such and we do not condone any other usage in any other manner.
User Agreements: Site Rules for Usage
By using a service from TMU or purchasing from TMU you agree to follow our rules, should any member not follow our site rules they will be removed immediately, any outstanding order will be canceled, any subscriptions voided, and login credentials removed. If you choose to use the member forum(s) we do not allow for any mention of cultivation. Should this happen the member will automatically be removed and banned, no exceptions. We do not tolerate any form of harassment or discrimination, any member behaving in this manner will be removed and banned without warning. We ask that everyone be respectful, any information provided by our members or third party does not guarantee to be the views of themushieunderground.net. Any information given or accepted is at your own risk.
TMU only offers products that are made by us and of our own design. We may at times offer information that may not be our own, however, it will be used in a legal manor and properly cited, we will always give credit where credit is due. No one may use TMU as a source, no one may cite published information from our website, blog, or any other manor of communication without explicit prior consent. All content shown on themushieground.net is the intellectual property of TMU, this may include but is not limited to images, text, merchandise, products, equipment and supplies, these are the intellectual property of TMU. Any equipment offered from TMU is our own design and handmade by us, they are patent pending, and may not be copied, reproduced, or recreated without our permission. Any educational information cannot be used or reposted elsewhere whether it be cited or uncited without prior consent.
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. After processing, orders typically ship between 1-3 business days. TMU does not charge for shipping on orders, all shipments are sent through TMU's preferred carrier, USPS. As of 1/18/2022 TMU will ship orders six days a week, unless there are extenuating circumstances, if a situation should arise TMU shall message you via the contact details you provided when the order was placed. Emails may be sent by third party label brokers on TMU's behalf containing a confirmation of shipping details and tracking numbers. Orders may be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control, this may include but is not limited to national emergencies, national disasters, bad weather, state or government shutdowns, and COVID-19 restrictions. If something of this nature occurs, please know we are doing our best to serve you and will not offer refunds or discounts. Customers need order at their own risk. We do NOT ship cubensis samples to restricted states. It is illegal to import these spores into a restricted state, and it is your responsibility to know and understand the laws and legislations of your state before ordering. This is specific to where the product is being sent NOT from which state the order was placed.
